Delivery within Australia ONLY

Our delivery service provides parcel delivery within 14 days from receipt of payment. 

Please note that Australia Post have a conditional warning that remote postcodes/destinations may not receive parcels within this timeframe.

Deliveries outside Australia will be charged the full retail value, point of destination, postage and handling charges.

Australian Taxes

Items purchased are inclusive of Australian GST. The customer shall pay all taxes, duties, levies and fees or other similar charges imposed on Sue Stanley or on the customer by any taxing authority related to customer's orders.

Overseas Customers (Including New Zealand)

Overseas customers are exempt from Australian GST

Addition delivery charges will apply for all overseas customers.

When you click the 'Place Order' button, the credit transaction will be sent directly to the Bank. We do not transfer those details to others for their commercial use. 1. Delivery

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control, example postal/courier workers' strike.

2. Variations

The colour variations of our clothing are reproduced as accurately as possible, however utilising mainly natural products all manufacturers suffer from slight variations in colour.  Depending on the materials utilised in the garment double stitch or triple stitch may lead to slight size specifications.

Similarly, colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual screen settings.

3. Unforeseen circumstances

Should the item you order be unavailable, we shall advise you at the earliest opportunity by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or telephone number/s supplied by you. We will refund any money(s) paid through the original method received.
 

• All orders are subject to availability of stock
• Your credit card details are correct.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If you are returning an item for exchange (the same style is being changed for a different size or colour) you will not be charged delivery of your reorder.

Sue Stanley will replace it or provide full refund of the purchase price in accordance with the following conditions:- 

• All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
• All returns must be in original condition with all labels and swing tickets still attached.
• All returns must be accompanied with order number and the reason for return.

As stated above, Sue Stanley cannot provide a refund if the product has been worn, damaged through normal wear and tear, or if the requirements have not been met in the 14 day period.

Freight costs will be incurred by the customer except in cases where the return is based on a Quality issue.

Before you start...

First - check your size

We recommend you take a moment to carefully measure yourself.  It is advisable to take these body measurements over underwear only, not over layers of clothes.

A.  Bust ........... cm

Measure around the fullest part of the bust at the underarm and across the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure straight and level.

B.  Waist .........cm

Measure around the natural waistline keeping the tape straight and comfortable.

C. Hips ...........cm

Measure hips at the widest part of your seat.  (approx 22 cm down from waist)

PLEASE remember that our garments are made to the body with room to move.  Our pants are a comfortable fit that sit below the natural waistline.
